The fee for our turn key solutions is added to the base price of your web design fee. To calculate your total design fee if choosing a turn key solution, just add the listed template price to your design fee. (Example: If you choose our 3-page site design at $399 and a template with a price of $60, your total site design fee would be $459.)
Self-Design
On the preview page you can see the ‘buy’ button and two buttons displaying the price of the product. The red button means regular (nonexclusive) price. This means that other people can continue to buy the template you have chosen after your purchase. The blue button is for an exclusive purchase. Paying the exclusive price guarantees that you are the last person to buy this template.

After an exclusive purchase occurs the template is permanently removed from our site and will never be available to other customers again. Only you and those who bought the template before you will own it. After you have purchased the template for either price you receive the template itself with all source files according to the Sources available section, some supplementary materials (clip art, free fonts, free subscriptions and so on) and the right to build any web site using the template in any way you like.
